If a Client retained the services of another firm for a search which was unsuccessful in finding the individual required, Banister International is well placed to conduct a fixed fee research project to establish whether a fresh process would be successful.

Banister International will provide a report detailing the available talent; which candidates identified are interested in a move in the next six months and approximate compensation needs.

Once this report has been delivered by Banister. the client will be able to decide whether they wish to proceed with a full search, or whether to halt the process. In the latter case, no further fee will be due.
